When it comes to having a healthy relationship, it starts with making the decision to make smarter choices. Healthy relationships don’t just happen. You have to do the work and really be willing to take an honest look at yourself in the mirror. This is why I love the advice that my friends Zara Green and Alfred Edmond, Jr give in their newly released book, Loving in the Grown Zone: A No-Nonsense Guide to Making Healthy Decisions in the Quest for Loving, Romantic Relationships of Honor, Esteem, and Respect.
